Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and the balance of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms & Conditions did not contain such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

Winner’s Selection And Notification:

• The drawing for the Promotional Period will take place automatically each Monday after the conclusion of the Promotional Period. 1 Top prize potential winner(s) and 410 secondary prize winners will be selected in a random drawing through an automatic random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. For each Entry Period, the odds of winning the Prize associated with such entry Period depends on the total number of eligible entries received for such Entry Period. Selected potential winner(s) will be notified automatically via player’s inbox.
• Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice recording or other message if a potential prize winner does not answer Sponsor’s telephone call. The selected potential Top Prize winner may be required to respond to the notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by the Sponsor, or the Prize will be forfeited. To receive the Prize, the selected potential Top Prize winner must continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions and fulfill all requirements set forth herein.
• Selected potential Top Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as the winner’s guest. The selected potential winners may be required to provide their U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. Sponsor may share each potential winner’s name and contact information with Prize Draw Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit, and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, if any, then he or she will be declared the winner.
