Terms & Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”)

Description of Promotion:

• Earn a ten-dollar ($10) Casino Bonus when you wager ten dollars ($10) or more on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Game and achieve three (3) natural Blackjacks in a day. Minimum ten-dollar ($10) bet. Maximum of three (3) Casino Bonus per player for the Promotional Period. Thirty dollars ($30) total Casino Bonus combined maximum.
• Casino Bonus is valid for three (3) days after issuance.

Promotional Period:

• This Promotion runs from 12:00 AM EST on May 1, 2026, through May 3, 2026, 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility:

• BetMGM Casino account (“Account”) holders.
• To be eligible, players must be 19 years of age or older and playing physically within the province of Ontario, not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
• Any individual with a Sponsor account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where Sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

Action Required:

• Sign in to your BetMGM Casino account from May 1, 12:00 AM EST, 2026 through May 3, 11:59 PM EST, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Visit the Casino Promotions section and opt-in to the Three Blackjacks and a Bonus promotion (this “Promotion”).
• Once opted-in, earn a ten-dollar ($10) Casino Bonus when you wager ten dollars ($10) or more on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Game and achieve three (3) natural Blackjacks in a day. Minimum ten-dollar ($10) bet. Casino Bonus earned through this Promotion is subject to Wagering Requirements (defined below).
• Maximum of three (3) Casino Bonus per player for the Promotional Period. Thirty dollars ($30) Casino Bonus maximum per Promotional Period.
• These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Sponsor at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of Sponsor’s website. Sponsor recommends you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in this Promotion, you accept any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotion Offer:

• Casino Bonus will be placed in your Account on May 5, 2026, when you wager ten dollars ($10) or more on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Game and achieve three (3) natural Blackjacks in a day. Minimum ten-dollar ($10) bet.
• Maximum of three (3) Casino Bonus per player for the Promotional Period.
• Ten Dollars ($10) is the maximum Casino Bonus a player can earn per day throughout the Promotional Period. Thirty Dollar ($30) Casino Bonus total.
• Casino Bonus received from this Promotion can be used on eligible Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Tables (see eligible games).
• Players will earn BetMGM Rewards Points (BRP) on all real-money and Casino Bonus wagering. BRPs are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
• All available bonus promotion offers can be found in the Promotions section after signing in to your Account.

Registration Procedures:

• Sign in to your Account during the Promotional Period.
• Opt in to this Promotion prior to placing wagers on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Table.
• Once you have opted-in, only wagers placed after opt-in will count towards this Promotion. You only need to opt-in once. Play prior to opt-in will not be eligible.

Limitations on Participation:

• The player must wager ten dollars ($10) or more on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Game and achieve three (3) natural Blackjacks in a day, to receive a ten dollar ($10) Casino Bonus for that day.
• Maximum of three (3) Casino Bonus per player over the course of the Promotional Period. Thirty dollars ($30) total maximum. Casino Bonus can only be used on Eligible Games and subject to Wagering Requirement.
• Bonuses received from other offers cannot be used in conjunction with this Promotion.
• Casino Bonus is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be used on Poker or Sports.

Wagering Requirement:

• To Earn Casino Bonus
  • The player must wager ten dollars ($10) or more on any Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Game and achieve three (3) natural Blackjacks in a day, to receive a ten-dollar ($10) Casino Bonus. Minimum ten-dollar ($10) bet.
  • Maximum of three (3) Casino Bonus per player for the Promotional Period. Thirty Dollars ($30) combined maximum per Promotional Period.
• To Use Casino Bonus
  • Casino Bonus received through this Promotion requires a 1x playthrough (the "Wagering Requirement") valid on eligible Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Tables (see eligible games). For every $1 in Casino Bonus awarded, the player must wager $1. For example: If a player receives a $10 Casino Bonus, the player must wager $10 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings. The Wagering Requirement will display as 1x in your account. Because Live Dealer Games contribute 20% toward Wagering, the effective playthrough is 5x when factoring in the contribution rate.
  • Only play on eligible Evolution Live Dealer Blackjack Tables (see eligible games) counts toward Wagering Requirements. First Person Blackjack table(s) are excluded.
  • The player has three (3) days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
  • Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion unless the player pauses said bonus promotion by resuming play on another bonus promotion in the Bonus tab. Players can resume bonus promotions multiple times until they expire or are no longer eligible for such bonus promotion.
  • Should players opt out of this Promotion prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from Casino Bonus will permanently forfeit and be removed from the player’s Account.
• GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING
  • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your Wagering Requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here is the percentage relevant to this promotion:
    • Table, Roulette, Live Dealer, Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps: 20%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Roulette → Only $25 is counted, as Roulette counts 20%.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s Account is credited with Casino Bonus and the player starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• To cash out Casino Bonus and associated winnings, players must first complete the Casino Bonus Wagering Requirement.
• If you have an active bonus promotion, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus promotion. Restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement of this Promotion is met. You can check your available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.

• Any other restrictions in Sponsor’s Term of Service that are not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall also apply.

Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. If the player receives a bonus from this promotion and elects to proceed with cancellation, the player must opt out of the bonus received. Players can opt out of bonuses at any time. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds (bonus + winnings derived from the bonus) will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. The unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM Casino will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of this Promotion. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to change or end any promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
