1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 10/17/22 to 5/31/23, unless otherwise noted. If we decide to withdraw this Sports Promotion, this will not impact the promotion claim you completed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

2. This Sports Promotion is open to players located in the legal state at time of wagering, aged 19 years and with an Online BetMGM Sports account.
3. Employees of BetMGM (the “Promoter”), any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS SPORTS PROMOTION:

4. To claim this Sports Promotion, you must opt in and place a total of $100 on any NHL® bets during week from Monday to Sunday. Only your first $100 NHL® wagers during the weekly Promotional Period will qualify for this promotion. Claiming this Sports Promotion is limited to once per week per online BetMGM Sports account.
5. Free Bets will not be considered Qualifying Bets for this Sports Promotion. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes Void.
6. On placing your Qualifying Bet, you’ll become eligible to receive a $10 Casino Bonus for any Casino Games.
7. Maximum CASINO BONUS received from this promotion is $10 and can be used on any Casino Game
8. Once eligible for the promotion, you’ll receive the Casino Bonus at bet placement.
   • Example: If you place a pregame $100 wager on any NHL® game, you will receive a $10 Casino Bonus for any casino games regardless of your wager’s outcome.
9. If casino bonus is not credited after bet placement, you’ll receive casino bonus within 24 hours after bet placement.
10. Casino Bonuses are limited to one per person, household (IP address), and/or computer.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS:

11. The wagering requirement is 5x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, player must wager $5. For example: if player receives $10 Casino Bonus, player must wager 5x to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.
12. Casino Bonus wagering requirement must be completed within seven (7) days.
13. Players can opt in to multiple bonuses at any given time, however, they can only contribute to Casino Bonus wagering requirements for one bonus at a time. Casino Bonus wagering requirement applies to the first activated bonus unless the player pauses said bonus and resumes play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Players can pause and resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.
14. Player can opt out of a bonus at any time.
15. Should player opt out of this bonus, or the bonus expires prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from the Casino Bonus will be removed from the player’s account.
16. Any casino gameplay contributes toward the $10 Casino Bonus wagering requirement.

GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING:

17. The percentage of your wager that counts toward your wagering requirement is 100%, regardless of the game you are playing.

ORDER OF FUND USED FOR WAGERING:

18. After the player’s account is credited with a bonus and player starts a new game session, the bonus will be used first to complete wagering requirements. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the cash balance.
19. For the Bet Match bonus, deposit amount + bonus amount + any winnings are restricted until the wagering requirement is completed. The restricted amount is wagered first, followed by the available balance.

ELIGIBLE GAMES:

20. The $10 casino bonus is eligible on NHL® Blackjack or NHL® Roulette. To release any winnings, you must wager a total of $50 on any casino game.

WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS:

21. To cash out the Casino Bonus and associated winnings, player must complete the wagering requirement.

CANCELLATION:

22. Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM Casino will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's online gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's online gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

23. This Sports Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Sports Promotion.
24. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
25. If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the Free Bets available.
