ACTION REQUIRED:

CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER:

9. New Member: Actions to Receive the Sign-up Bonus.For New Member to receive the Sign-Up Bonus (as defined below) in his/her account, he/she must complete all the steps listed below in the following order:
   1. Click on the personal link that Existing Member has made available to New Member, which will direct New Member to a landing page.
   2. In the landing page, New Member must click to accept the Terms and Conditions of the BetMGM Refer A Friend and sign-up bonus promotion.

10. 11. Existing Member and New Member will both become ineligible for this Refer a Friend Promotion if New Member places wagers on both sides of a game’s line.
12. Relatives, friends and acquaintances of the Promoter are excluded from taking part in this Refer a Friend Promotion.
13. In case of suspected manipulations or fraud, and in case of any violation of these conditions of participation, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude Existing Members and/or any New Members from participating in this Refer a Friend Promotion.
14. By participating, Existing Member acknowledges that it is the sender of any messages (through any of the invitation alternatives) and must comply with applicable laws. Existing Member agrees to send “Refer a Friend” links only to persons with whom Existing Member has a personal or familial relationship, and in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, acquaintances, and family members.  By participating, Existing Member represents and warrants that it will not use the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application or the BetMGM website, or use any BetMGM “Refer a Friend” link, to call or message any email address or telephone number (including, without limitation, any mobile telephone number) using an autodialer or otherwise in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any other applicable law.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

15. If you created a BetMGM online gaming account via BetMGM Casino or BetMGM Poker, you do not need to create a new account.
16. You can go to BetMGM.com or download the app and use your existing credentials to log into BetMGM Sports app.
17. To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
18. All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified. 

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION:

19. Sign-Up Bonus only can be used on Participant’s BetMGM Sportsbook/Casino account.
20. New Member has thirty (30) days following the initial BETMGM Sportsbook/Casino account activation (the “Earn-Out Period”) to complete the Wagering Requirements. Sign-Up Bonus and winnings associated with this Refer a Friend Promotion expire on the thirtieth (30^th) day following activation at 11:59 PM ET.
21. New Member and Existing Member can opt-in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to Wagering Requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. The Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion as to each Participant, unless Participant pauses said bonus promotion and resumes play on another bonus promotion in the bonus tab. Participants can pause and resume bonus promotions multiple times until they expire or are no longer eligible for such bonus promotion.

23. Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Refer a Friend Promotion shall also apply.
24. If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.

For example, if the participant opts into a promotional campaign and engages in gameplay in Arizona, the participant is able to earn a Reward in Arizona as a result of any successful gameplay that takes place while the participant is physically located in Arizona. If the participant also opts into the same campaign in Colorado, and the participant engages in gameplay in Colorado, the participant is able to earn a separate Reward in Colorado for the successful gameplay that occurs while the participant is physically located in Colorado.  Any progress made toward Rewards in Colorado cannot be combined with or counted toward Rewards in Arizona, and vice versa. In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction. 

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS:

25. Wagering Requirements For New Member to receive their Sign-Up Bonus: The wagering requirements for this Refer a Friend Promotion are as follows (the “Wagering Requirements”):
    100. Within thirty (30) days of creating a BetMGM Sportsbook account, New Member must complete registration, verification and make their first deposit of at least one hundred dollars ($100.00).
    101. Within thirty (30) days of creating a BETMGM Sportsbook/Casino account, New Member must select either a $100 Sports Bonus or $100 Casino Bonus as their “Sign-Up Bonus”. After selecting a bonus, customer must wagerand settle at least one hundred dollars ($100.00) of wagers with odds of -200 odds or greater on Sports (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.) or one hundred dollars ($100.00) of wagers on Casino, subject to Game Contributions Toward Bonus Wagering
    102. New Member cannot bet on both sides of the same betting market in order to complete the Wagering Requirements. Betting on both sides will not contribute towards the Wagering Requirements and could lead to forfeiting of the Sign-Up Bonus (as defined below).

Once the Wagering Requirements are satisfied, both New Member and Existing Member will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00) in their BetMGM Sportsbook account (“Sign-Up Bonus”).

Please Note: The Sign-Up Bonus received by both New Member and Existing Member have the same 10x playthrough requirement that needs to be met within thirty (30) days of receiving the Sign-Up Bonus (subject to Game Contributions Toward Bonus Wagering on Casino games). • GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING  - (ON)
  • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your wagering requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

26. Cash deposit then user receives bonus dollars with sign-up. After the player is credited with the bonus dollars and starts a new game session, the bonus will be used first. Upon completion, any winnings will be credited to the players cash balance. 

ELIGIBLE GAMES:

RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWALS:

28. Sign-Up Bonus and any winnings associated with the use of such Sign-Up Bonus are restricted until New Member completes the Wagering Requirements.
29. To cash out the Sign-Up Bonus and associated winnings, New Member must complete the Wagering Requirements and satisfy the 0 playthrough requirement (subject to Game Contributions Toward Bonus Wagering on Casino), and Existing Member must have satisfied the 1x playthrough requirement (subject to Game Contributions Toward Bonus Wagering on Casino) on the Sign-Up Bonus received from this Refer a Friend Promotion.
30. Withdrawal Restrictions:  
31. To cash out any Sports, Casino or Multi-product Bonus and associated winnings received from this promotion, players must first complete the wagering requirement.  

If you have an active bonus, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus. Restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement of the bonus is met. You can check your available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.

CANCELLATION:

30. New Member always has the ability to opt out of this Refer a Friend Promotion at any time.
31. Should Participants opt-out of Sign-Up Bonus or the Earn-Out Period expires prior to completing the Wagering Requirements, Sign-Up Bonus and winnings derived from Sign-Up Bonus are forfeited and will be removed from Participant’s account. If the referred participant opts out of the promotion the subsequent bonus for the referring participant will not be credited.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to change or cancel this Refer a Friend Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation, and void any Sign-Up Bonus and associated winnings, for any reason, including, without limitation, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Refer a Friend Promotion.
33. Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:  (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Refer a Friend Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with Participant’s ability to take part in this Refer a Friend Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Refer a Friend Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Refer a Friend Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen communications, entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alternation of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Refer a Friend Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Refer a Friend Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in this Refer a Friend Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by Participant or anyone acting in concert with Participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

BetMGM reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.  
38. BetMGM reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
