• The BetMGM Casino: Brian Christopher Bonus Drops promotion (the promotion) will run from 12:00 AM (ET) Monday, July 28, 2025 – 11:59 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Sponsor:

• The sponsor of this Promotion is BetMGM Canada Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Action Required:

• By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these BetMGM Casino: Brian Christopher Bonus Drops Terms and Conditions and to our Sponsor’s Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

How Can I Participate?

• In order to participate in this promotion, an eligible player (a participant) must place an eligible wager (as described below) during the Promotional Period.

Eligible Participants:

• BetMGM Casino account holders only.
• Participants must be 19 years of age or older and playing physically within the province of Ontario, and not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• Participants must have made a minimum of one (1) deposit into their BetMGM Casino account.
• Participants who have previously been excluded from promotions will not be eligible to participate.
• All personal and contact data associated with the participant’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the sponsor (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in the promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns and/or wagering history.
• Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where the Sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

Eligible Wager:

• An eligible wager is a wager by the participant in the participant’s BetMGM Casino account that complies with the following wagering requirements:
  • It is a real money wager of at least $0.10 on an eligible game during the promotional period.
  • It is placed via the BetMGM Casino website, or through the mobile app.
  • The eligible games for this promotion are indicated on the Brian Christopher Bonus Drops promotional page and may change from time to time without notice.

How Does It Work?

• This promotion offers three types of Bonus Drops during the promotional period as described below.
• Each Bonus Drop will reward a different amount of Casino Bonus (each, a Bonus Value), depending on the mechanics of that Bonus Drop.
• Bonus Drops shall be triggered as defined below.
• The Bonus Drop Values will be displayed on the promotional page.
• Number and amount of prizes will depend on the number of Bonus Drops triggered.

How Can I Win?

• Once a Bonus Drop is triggered, eligible participants who have placed an eligible wager in the fifteen (15) seconds before the applicable Bonus Drop is triggered, shall be eligible to win, as detailed in the Bonus Drop Terms section below.
• Eligible participants who have placed an eligible wager are referred to as Qualified Participants.
• Within one (1) minute after a Bonus Drop has been triggered, Qualified Participants will be notified if they have won any Casino Bonus amount, and how much they have won, via a pop-up notification message on the promotional page.
• Qualified Participants may refer to the promotional page at any time during the promotional period, to check if the Bonus Drops have been triggered.
• Winnings shall be credited in the form of Casino Bonus, subject to a 1x wagering requirement, and valid for three (3) days from award to participant’s account. (See the Wagering Requirement section for details.)
• Casino Bonus is non-transferable and cannot be used on BetMGM Poker or BetMGM Sports accounts.
• Winnings can:
  • Be redeemed as instructed via the notification message.
  • Be declined as instructed via the notification message.
• If the winnings have been redeemed, they will be credited to winning participants within 24 hours of the winnings being redeemed.
• If the winnings have been declined, the winnings shall not be credited, and the funds shall expire.
• If no selection is made, the winnings shall remain available and redeemable to the winning participant for 48 hours. The winnings can be redeemed in the participant’s account.

Bonus Drop Terms:

• Bonus Boost
  • Bonus Boost can trigger if its value reaches a maximum value of $300.
  • Once triggered, one (1) Qualified Participant will be selected at random to win the entire value (the Bonus Boost winner).
  • The Bonus Boost winner shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
  • Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.
• The Lucky Split
  • The Lucky Split Bonus Drop can trigger if its value reaches a maximum value of $1000.
  • The value shall split into two (2) equal amounts and will be credited as set out below.
  • Once triggered, one (1) Qualified Participant will be selected at random to win one half of the value (the The Lucky Split winner).
  • The remaining half of The Lucky Split value shall be split equally between the remaining Qualified Participants.
  • The Lucky Split winner and Qualified Participants shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
  • Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.
• Shared Windfall
  • The Shared Windfall Bonus Drop can trigger once per week on a Thursday by 9:00 PM (ET).
  • Once triggered, all Qualified Participants shall be awarded an equal share of the Shared Windfall Bonus Drop value.
  • All Qualified Participants shall be notified, as explained in the How Can I Win section above.
  • Winnings (Casino Bonus) can be redeemed and wagered per the How Can I Win section above and the Wagering Requirement section below.

Wagering Requirement:

• The wagering requirement on all Casino Bonus received from this promotion is 1x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus value, participants must wager $1. For example: If a participant receives a $5 Casino Bonus, the participant must wager $5 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The participant has three (3) days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the wagering requirement after which time unused Casino Bonus will be permanently forfeited and expire if not used.
• Play on all casino games at BetMGM Casino contributes toward the Casino Bonus wagering requirement.
• Participants can opt-in to multiple bonuses at any given time. However, they can only contribute to the wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus at a time. Wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus, unless the participant pauses said bonus by resuming play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Participants can resume using bonuses multiple times until they expire.
• Should the participant opt out of this bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from the Casino Bonus will be permanently forfeited and removed from the participant’s account.
• GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING
  • The percentage of participant’s wager that counts toward participant’s wagering requirement varies based on the game participant is playing. Here are the percentages:
    • Slots, Jackpot Slots, Scratch Cards, Fixed Odds Games, Virtual Games: 100%
      • For Example: If I wager $125 on Scratch Games → I release up to $125, as they count 100%.
    • Table, Roulette, Live Dealer (All Games), Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps: 20%
      • For Example: If I wager $125 on Roulette → Only $25 is considered wagered, as Roulette counts 20%.
    • Blackjack (Non-Live Dealer Only): 10%
      • For Example: If I wager $125 on Blackjack → Only $12.50 is considered wagered, as Blackjack counts 10%.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the participant’s account is credited with a Casino Bonus and the participant starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete the wagering requirement. Upon completion of the wagering requirement, any winnings will be credited to the participant’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the participant’s cash balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

• Casino Bonus may not be cashed out and participant must complete the wagering requirement before any winnings associated with the Casino Bonus may be cashed out.
• If a participant has an active Casino Bonus, the participant’s next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active Casino Bonus. Casino Bonus amounts are restricted and are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement of the Casino Bonus is met. Participant can check their available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.
• A participant should review his or her account for any active bonus before making a deposit and placing wagers to avoid restrictions.
• Casino Bonus can only be wagered via the BetMGM website or mobile app and must be used within three (3) days following the participant’s award of the Casino Bonus.
• Casino Bonus cannot be redeemed or wagered on any other BetMGM Casino brands.
• Casino Bonus does not count toward qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the Terms and Conditions of such promotional offer.
• Any other restrictions in BetMGM’s Terms of Service that are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this promotion shall also apply.

• Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and administration and operation of the promotion. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to change or end any promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, if required for legal and regulatory reasons.

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as COVID-19), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s account will be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• All claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions and the promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and entrant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
