Eligibility: BetMGM NFL Super Bowl Vegas Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the province of Ontario, who are twenty-one (21) of age or older at the time of entry (unless otherwise excluded by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law) and have an active, KYC verified BetMGM Sports Ontario account (“Sportsbook Account”). Proof of residency and age may be required. Creating a Sportsbook Account at www.betmgm.com is free. By submitting your information and creating a Sportsbook Account, however, you will be required to agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you cannot create a Sportsbook Account or participate in this Promotion. Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of any of the Promotion Entities (defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and each of their respective spouses, children, and siblings), and persons living in the same households of any of the above (whether legally related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Promotion or receive a prize. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history. “Promotion Entities,” as referenced herein, means Sponsor and each of its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, gaming license partners, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Promotion. Subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Promotion is void outside of Ontario, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Promotion is BetMGM Canada Inc (“Sponsor”).
3. Timing: The Promotion will be conducted between 6 AM EST January 14^th 2023 to 11:59 PM EST January 29, 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. All entries must be submitted within the Promotional Period; mail in entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on February 1, 2023.
4. How to Participate: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. During the Promotional Period, participants can enter the Promotion using either of the following methods:
   1. Wager Method: Visit https://www.BetMGM.com or the BetMGM mobile application (collectively, the “Website”), log in to your Sportsbook Account, and access the “BetMGM NFL Super Bowl Vegas Giveaway” entry page under the tab labelled “Promotions”. Then, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit your contest entry (“Entry”). You may earn one (1) entry by placing a $100 minimum in cumulative sports wagers on any of the NFL playoff games during the Promotional Period.
   2. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Mail-In Entry: Participants may earn one (1) entry by providing the Participant’s complete name, street address, city, province, postal code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), Sports Account user ID, and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mailing it to BetMGM Sports Marketing, attn.: BetMGM NFL Super Bowl Vegas Giveaway, Harborside Plaza 2, Hudson Street, Suite 700, Jersey City, NJ 07311 United States. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received by 11:59 PM ET on February 1, 2023. The postmark date on mail entries will be considered the date of entry.

   Maximum of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

   Entries must be submitted within the Promotional Period to be eligible for the Promotion; mail in entries must also be received by 11:59 PM ET on February 1, 2023. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Each participant must be the rightful owner of Sportsbook Account used (the “Authorized Account Holder”) to enter the promotion. The Authorized Account Holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to the email address (used to create the Sportsbook Account) by the online organization that is responsible for assigning the email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the Sportsbook Account associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. All materials submitted by participants become the property of Sponsor and, unless otherwise indicated herein, will not be returned. For purposes of this Promotion, an online entry is “received” when Sponsor’s Website’s servers record the entry information, and for a mail-in entry (if applicable) when such entry is physically received by Sponsor at the address provided herein. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Promotion. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All entrants submitting materials/content as part of the Promotion will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Promotion Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant’s name, social media account username, and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof.

5. Winner Determination and Notification: A random draw will be held on February 3, 2023, at approximately 9 AM EST from all valid entries received for the prize. Chances of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified by telephone. In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, an arithmetical, time-limited, skill testing question.

   PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ENTRY IS SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE AN ENTRANT IS CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE IS AWARDED.

   The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) to Sponsor and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. The IRS W-9 form will only be required if potential winner is a dual resident of Canada and the United States of America. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winner by email along with instructions on to how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, the potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the Prize as winner’s guest. The selected potential winner may be required to provide their Canadian Social Insurance Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winner. Sponsor may share potential winner’s name and contact information with Promotion Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit and once the potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, then he or she will be declared the winner.

   In Sponsor’s sole discretion, a potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit his/her prize) if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, (iv) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question and/or (v) otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules. Forfeited prizes may not be awarded. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor may conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries until a winner is determined in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize after multiple efforts to identify an alternate potential winner (if any) who accepts the Prize.

6. Prize: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of the following (the “Prize”):
   • $25,000 unrestricted withdrawable funds bonus credited to the winner’s Sportsbook Account
   • (3) Night stay (double occupancy) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the winner and a guest.

   The Prize does not include travel to or from Las Vegas. The winner and their guest are responsible for all travel bookings and costs.

   In order to be verified as the winner, the potential winner and their guest must be in good standing with MGM Resorts International (collectively with BetMGM Canada Inc known as “Prize Provider”) including without limitation being current on all accounts and not previously excluded from any properties or services, and not be excluded under any applicable state regulations. If requested by Sponsor, the potential winner must be willing to voluntarily submit to and complete a background check as a condition of continued eligibility. Potential Winner acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor and MGM Resorts may share all necessary information collected from or provided by the potential winner for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility. Potential winner and their guest must be at least 21 years of age or older at time of [entry]. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the prize package is $2670. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Prizes may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.

   Blackout dates may apply, subject to availability. Blackout dates would be any date the prize winner would not be able to book their stay which is determined in Prize Provider’s sole discretion.

   All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash except as provided in these Official Rules or otherwise in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state/provincial, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, air travel, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prize. The funds bonus portion of the Prize will be credited to the winner’s Sportsbook Account by February 3, 2023.

   The winner and their guest (if any) will be solely responsible for arranging their travel to and from Las Vegas and for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents (such as a valid passport) and other travel requirements. In the event that the winner or his/her guest (if any) are unable to travel to Las Vegas, the winner will forfeit that portion of the Prize. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable Prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable Prize element. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize. If winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the Prize with fewer than the permitted number of, or no, guest, the remaining elements of the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligations to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. No changes may be made by winner (or their guest(s)) to Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE.

   The winner and their guest, if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) Sponsor, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the Prize including without limitation those available at https://www.mgmresorts.com/en/covid-19/health-and-safety-commitment.html. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of Sponsor, its sponsors, and Prize Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. MGM Resorts International, its sponsors, and/or Prize Provider shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing the winner or their guest with any form of compensation for, the Prize or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner and/or their guest to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until BetMGM has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with the Promotion rules and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by BetMGM.

   In order to receive the Prize, the winner may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, province, state, or territory of Canada or by the Canadian federal government; (ii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by MGM Resorts International, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving MGM Resorts International, its parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, Prize Provider and others from any and all liability with respect to the player’s participation in the promotion and the receipt and/or use of the prize. 7. Administration: Sponsor has complete discretion over interpretation of these Official Rules, of administration and operation of the Promotion, and of selection of the winner. Decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winner will be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Participant from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor and the decision of Sponsor will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor and its designees may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and promoting the Promotion or any other promotion, contest or Promotion sponsored by the Sponsor.

   Important Terms:
