Description of Promotion:

Promotional Period:

• The promotion runs during the first round of the NBA playoffs on April 14, 2023 through April 16, 2023

Eligibility:

• Players with online BetMGM Sports accounts.
• To qualify, players must meet the following criteria prior to the start of today’s promotion:
• Players must wager $10+ in cumulative bets on the NBA playoffs.
• Minimum odds of -200 or longer (i.e. -150, +100, +200, etc.) are required for this promotion.
• A pick will be received for this promotion upon bet placement.
• Sports Rewards will not be considered as Qualifying Bets for the purposes of this Sports Promotion. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if, for any reason, it becomes void.
• A bet placed using either an Odds Boost Token or Bet Insurance Token will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion.
• Players have a limit of one (1) prize for the extent of the listed promotional period.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

Limitations on Participation:

• Reward can be selected once when sent campaign, players must first meet the eligibility criteria prior to participating.

Wagering Requirements:

• Bonus Spins
• There is a 5x wagering requirement on Bonus Spins winnings, which will be credited in the form as Bonus dollars with the bonus code FREESPINWINNINGS. A player has three (3) days following winning receipt to complete wagering requirements.
• Casino Bonus
• The wagering requirement is 5x the Casino amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $5. For example, if a player receives $5 Casino Bonus, the player must wager $25 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Player has three (3) days following Casino Bonus activation to use the Casino Bonus.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonuses at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus at a time. Wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus unless the player pauses said bonus and resumes play on another bonus in the bonus tab. Players can pause and resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.
• Should the earn-out period expire prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from FREEPLAY® will be removed from the player’s account.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s account is credited with a bonus and the player starts a new game session, the bonus will be used first to complete wagering requirements. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the cash balance.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• To cash out the Casino Bonus and associated winnings, the player first must complete the wagering requirement.

Cancellation:

• Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM Casino will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
