3. Timing: The Promotion will consist of an individual contest conducted between 10/1/2023 6:00 AM EST – 11/5/2023 11:59 PM (“Promotion Period”). The Contest will begin at 6:00 AM EST during the Promotion period and end at 11:59 PM on the conclusion date. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. All entries must be submitted within the Promotional Period.
4. How to Participate: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. During the Promotional Period, participants can enter the promotion using the following methods:
   
   
   • Wager Method: Visit https://www.BetMGM.com or the BetMGM mobile application (collectively, the “Website”), log in to your Sportsbook Account, and access the “BetMGM MLB $10,000 Giveaway” entry page under the tab labeled “Promotions”. Then, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit your contest entry (“Entry”), which includes making a prediction (defined below) relating to select MLB (“Games”).
   • Register and Wager” Method: Once you have opted-in to the promotion, you may earn one (1) entry by placing a $200 minimum in cumulative sports wagers throughout the weekly period. Maximum of one (1) entry per player.
   • Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Mail-In Entry: Participants may earn one (1) entry by providing the Participant’s complete name, street address, city, province, postal code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), Sports Account user ID, and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mailing it to BetMGM Sports Marketing, attn.: BetMGM MLB $10,000, 100 King Street West, 1 First Canadian Place, Suite 6200, Toronto, M5X 1B8. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date of the Promotion Period and received no more than two (2) days after the end date of the Promotion Period. The postmark date on mail entries will be considered the date of entry.

   Entries must be received before the end of the Promotional Period to be eligible for the promotion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All entrants submitting materials/content as part of the Promotion will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Promotion Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant’s name, social media account username, and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof.

5. Winner Determination and Notification: As part of his/her entry, each entrant will be required to (i) ‘place a bet on any of the MLB game during the Promotional Period or (ii) submit a mail in entry prior to the end of said promotional period. Sponsor will review all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period at the conclusion of the applicable Games during said period. The draw will be held within two (2) days at the conclusion of the final Conference Championship game.

   PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ENTRY IS LISTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THE PROMOTION, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE AN ENTRANT IS CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE IS AWARDED.

   The potential winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) to Sponsor and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. The IRS W-9 form will only be required if potential winner is a dual resident of Canada and the United States of America.
