Description of Promotion:

• Place a single bet of at least $5 on the Big Game (the “Required Wager Amount”) with minimum odds of -200 during the Promotional Period to spin the wheel and reveal a reward.
• Bonus Spins and Casino Bonus are valid for three (3) days after activation.

Promotion Period:

• This Promotion runs from February 5, 2:00 PM EST, 2024 through February 14, 11:59 PM EST, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”), unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility:

Claiming Promotions Offer:

• Place a wager, either as a pre-game or live wager, in the amount of at least $5 (the “Minimum Wager Amount”) on the Big Game (the “Event”) from February 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST up to February 11, 2024, at 8:00 PM EST.
• A wager placed, in whole or in part, using “Bonus Bets”, “Odds Boost Tokens”, “Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Same Game Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Bet Insurance Tokens” or “Bet and Get Tokens” (or other promotional funds or tokens as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion) will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion. • Players who have placed eligible wagers will have the chance to spin the wheel once the Million Spins Wheel is activated on February 11 at 9:30 PM through February 14 at 11:59 PM, giving them a chance to win a prize.

Registration Procedures:

Limitations on Participation:

• The qualifying $5 single bet placed is restricted from Early Cashout.
• A wager placed, in whole or in part, using “Bonus Bets”, “Odds Boost Tokens”, “Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Same Game Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Bet Insurance Tokens” or “Bet and Get Tokens” (or other promotional funds or tokens as determined by the Promote in its sole discretion) will not be considered as Qualifying Bets for the purposes of this promotion. A wager will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion if, for any reason, it becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

Wagering Requirements:

• The wagering requirement is 1x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $1.
• The player has three (3) days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time.   • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your Wagering Requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
